Boiler Bed Material is a Low Ferric – High Temperature – Aluminous Refractory product processed from selected super heat duty refractory aggregates of moderate alumina contents neutral in chemical nature of highly dense texture. It is apposite to sustain technical properties for fluidization at high temperatures up to 1300°C under most critical working conditions.
The products' particle size distribution is designed with special attention to its very uniqueness and service necessities. It also has a very high productivity and many special attributes that make it a transcendent material for AFBC & CFBC Bollers with the optimum scale of economy.

It is highly economical in use in comparison to materials processed from low temperature ceramic waste and high silica base materials.
